Update about Julie, the 9 year old dog reactive corgi. She went through Pawsibilities Unleashed manner and obedience classes to work on her aggression around dog and now she's doing awesome!

Hi Liz,
Julie is doing GREAT. We spent a long time in Maine this summer where she learned to kayak - sits for even an hour totally relaxed on the front of the boat leaning against my feet and watches everything go by! She also loves chasing her ball into the waves, but not swimming. She went swimming with and without life jacket and seems to prefer keeping her feet attached to the bottom.
Best of all, she made huge progress being with other dogs. In May I asked your advice on a black lab that was going to visit us for 4 days at a lake cottage and you said try it. Well they did visit, and lab and Julie did great, after intros they totally ignored each other the whole time. AND she made peace with the neighborhood dogs there too, able to exist peacefully off leash in a group of 3 as the humans just sat around and talked. I am so proud of her!
Thanks much for getting us so far.
Sally
